Congressman Steve Knight – August 2017
IEC was honored to co-host a roundtable discussion on opportunities for women in the aerospace field. The event was held in partnership with U.S. Congressman Steve Knight at the state-of-the-art facilities of Meggitt Control Systems in Simi Valley, California.
The panel addressed issues such as bringing women into STEM education, work/life balance, parental leave, career advancement and mentoring, and creating positive, healthy workplaces.
