Please help me welcome Johnney Zhang, CEO of Primior Inc., as our next confirmed founding member of the International Executive Council (IEC). We have included his bio and LinkedIn profile below for your review.
Johnney brings extensive knowledge to the IEC. Johnney Zhang has been in the real estate industry for nearly a decade. He is the CEO of Zhang Group, a privately held investment firm, and CEO of Primior Inc. a firm specializing in real estate asset management. As CEO at Primior Inc. he focuses on finding prime investment deals with excellent returns for his clients and educating them on the typical myths of investing as well as the pitfalls and traps even astute investors may fall into with real estate investing.
Johnney graduated with a Business Administration degree from Teesside University in United Kingdom. Johnney has started his early real estate investment career while he was in University by doing fix and flip for single family residential homes at Newcastle upon Tess in UK for an average 30% annualized return. He has unique expertise in many aspects of real estate development and investment, while specializing in luxury custom homes and high-end commercial properties. He uses this expertise to formulate a distinct portfolio for each client his company serves.
He started Primior Inc. to help investors to reach their investment goals by using his skills and experience. The company’s core mission is to maximize the income potential of real estate properties to grow investors’ asset portfolio fast and safe.
