Please welcome Elliott Brown, Founder & CEO of ClearlyNext, as our next confirmed founding member of the International Executive Council (IEC). We have included his bio and LinkedIn profile below for your review.

As founder and CEO of ClearlyNext, Elliott Brown has developed AI-based software and content to make professional career coaching accessible, affordable and scalable to a mass market. ClearlyNext is initially targeting early- to mid-career professionals through university alumni associations and membership groups. Partners include Villanova, Stanford, and Teach for America. Former UCLA and St. John’s basketball coach, Steve Lavin, recently joined the team to develop a customized platform for graduating student athletes.

Mr. Brown is an international Ashoka Fellow, recognized as one of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. Before ClearlyNext, he was founder of Springboard Forward, an award-winning nonprofit that inspired low-wage workers to lift themselves out of poverty by discovering and pursuing their life aspirations. Springboard Forward was twice named by Fast Company Magazine as one of the “Top 25 Groups that are Changing the World.” Former U.S. Secretary of Labor, Robert Reich, called Springboard Forward “a wonderful example of leveraging capitalism to address the economic divide.”

Mr. Brown is a national thought leader on U.S. poverty and career development. He is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum (ALF) of Silicon Valley. Mr. Brown has a BA in psychology from Stanford University.
