The COVID-19 era has shaken many industries, and there is no playbook to manage through it. The International Executive Council (IEC) got together to discuss their strategies both internally with employees and externally with customers.
Leading the discussion were IEC founding members, Carrie Strom, SVP of Allergan, and Nick Payzant, CEO of Cerna Healthcare. Together with our members, we compared market insights and current tactics on how we are all leading our businesses through this challenging time.
