Dear IEC Members & Friends,

Please welcome new IEC member Aaron Antis, VP, Sales and Field Operations of Antis Roofing and Waterproofing, as our next confirmed founding member of the International Executive Council (IEC). We have included his bio and Linkedin Profile below for your review.

Aaron Antis joined the company in 2007 as a trainee roofer and has trained and worked in all the company’s core business departments since then. In this role, he has responsibility for all client-facing work, including onsite operations, quality control and project management. Aaron is the nephew of founder and CEO, Charles Antis.

Well-poised to lead Antis Roofing in his leadership role, Aaron possesses deep knowledge about roofing and the homeowner association industry, as well as a keen ability to be an expert partner to boards of directors and community managers addressing the maintenance, repair and replacement decisions on one of the biggest assets in a community, their roofs. He also is integral to the commitment by Antis to provide field employees a minimum of 40 hours per week which contributes to the high employee retention rates and a key contributing factor in the quality of work Antis is reputed to provide.

In 2018, the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) selected Aaron as one of thirty-six emerging leaders in the roofing industry to attend NRCA University’s Future Executive Institute, conducted at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Aaron engaged early in the core value at Antis of “keeping people safe and dry” and giving back. He contributes his expertise in the industry by serving on a committee that trains community managers through CAI; and the Education Committee that conducts board of directors training through CAI twice per year. He also serves on the Build Task Force for Ronald McDonald House Orange County, which is the expansion task force to build out the needed rooms and additions to house the growing needs. Possessing a serious sense of humor, Aaron has a reputation for developing very engaging “lunch and learn” training programs for managers, and can be found in costume at the many trade shows, including his signature “Aaron the Elf” during the holidays.

Aaron has traveled the world, and grew up living in many states in the continental United States and abroad including Italy, Germany, and Ukraine. Aaron has a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho.

Aaron and his wife Aubrey live in Lake Forest are proud parents to two young sons.
