Please welcome new IEC member Tyler Kelly, Founder & CEO of Kelliwell, Inc., as our next confirmed member of the International Executive Council (IEC). We have included her bio and Linkedin Profile below for your review.
Out of USC, Tyler spent ten years working in the film industry for companies including Disney, Miramax, Pacific Western Films, Brian DePalma Films. She moved full-time into real estate after successfully rehabbing properties and loving the process, and was offered a great position (by one of her investors) as marketing director at a single-office residential and commercial RE company, which parlayed into becoming a partner and growing the company into an operation with over $1billion in annual sales before selling the firm in 2011. Tyler then launched a luxury real estate marketing company in Beverly Hills, working with developers who embraced new technology which led her to wellness real estate and a position in marketing, consulting for a top wellness technology firm specializing in commercial space and hospitality.
Seeing the tremendous health benefits brought by air and water purification technology, Tyler knew there was a need and a market for residential. After three years in wellness real estate, she felt the timing was right: advances in technology, public awareness of toxins, and experience led her to successfully develop a “Plug and Play” healthy home system that removes 99% of the toxins from the air and water in the indoor environment. Kelliwell can turn ANY home, apartment or senior living community into a healthy home, and is currently the only residential-specific wellness company offering a package of product, install and maintenance.
