Craig Atkins is chairman and co-founder of City Ventures, a leading real estate development company with offices in Irvine and San Francisco. City Ventures has entitled, developed, built and/or sold over 160 new communities, representing nearly 15,000 homes, with a value of over $8.5 billion.
Mr. Atkins personally owns hundreds of thousands of square feet of office, industrial, retail, restaurant and music venue properties throughout California.
Prior to starting City Ventures, Mr. Atkins was Chairman, CEO and founder of O’Donnell/Atkins, California’s largest land brokerage firm completing billions of dollars of land transactions.
Mr. Atkins is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder with two degrees; Architecture and a B.S. in Business Administration.
